Puzzles Brain Games — Privacy Policy, Terms & Account Deletion
Last updated 12 September 2026
This document brings together everything that applies to Puzzles Brain Games: how your data is handled, the terms of using the game, and how to delete your account.
1. Privacy Policy
Puzzles Brain Games (package com.brainpzlendless.game) is an Android puzzle game published by Online Pay LTD. This policy explains what the app handles, why, and the choices available to you.
Playing without an account
You can install the game and play it without signing in. In that case your scores and statistics — high score, games played, lines cleared, best combo, fastest time — are stored only on your device, and nothing is sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes them.
If you create an account
Signing in is optional and is only needed for the online leaderboard and for keeping your progress across devices. You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google Sign-In. When you do, the following is stored on our behalf by Supabase:
Your email address and the display name you choose; your game statistics (high score, games played, lines cleared, best combo, total score, fastest time, last game duration, last played time); and the time each record was last updated.
The leaderboard is public inside the app: other players can see your display name, high score and number of games played. Your email address is never shown on the leaderboard. Choose a display name you are comfortable showing publicly.
With Google Sign-In, Google supplies your email address and basic profile name to create the account. The app does not request access to your contacts, files, photos, or any other Google data.
Advertising
The game shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, including occasional full-screen ads between games. Google and its partners may use your device advertising identifier and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and — where you have allowed it — to personalise them. Where required, a consent message asks for your permission before personalised advertising is used, and you may decline or change your choice later; declining does not restrict the game, you will simply see non-personalised ads.
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads, and review Google’s use of advertising data at myadcenter.google.com. Google’s own handling of ad data is described in its privacy and terms.
What the app does not collect
The app does not ask for or collect your location, contacts, photos, files, phone number, postal address, or payment details. It contains no in-app purchases. It does not track you across other apps or websites beyond the advertising described above.
Services used
Accounts, leaderboard entries and cloud backups of your statistics are stored with Supabase. Google Sign-In is offered as an optional way to authenticate. Advertising is served by Google AdMob. The app connects to these services over an encrypted connection.
Retention
Account data and statistics are kept while your account exists, so your progress and leaderboard position stay available across devices. Delete your account and they are removed immediately — see below. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the game: open Settings → Delete account, then confirm by typing your account email address. This removes your leaderboard entry, your cloud-backed statistics, any premium entitlement recorded for your email address, and the account itself. It also erases the game data held on your device. The deletion is immediate and permanent — we keep no copy and there is no recovery period.
Full instructions, including how to ask us to delete the account for you, are in the account deletion section.
Children
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, write to the address below and it will be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what account data is held about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. Deleting your account in the app does all of this at once; for anything else, write to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.

Questions about this policy, or requests concerning your data, can be sent to k.lobzhanidze@gmail.com.
2. Terms of Service
These terms apply when you install or play Puzzles Brain Games, an Android game published by Online Pay LTD. By playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the game.
Using the game
The game is free to play and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the game, modify or reverse-engineer it except to the extent the law allows, or use automated tools, modified clients, or any other means to interfere with how it works.
Accounts
An account is optional and is only needed for the online leaderboard and cross-device progress. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Give accurate information when you register, and keep your email address up to date so you can recover access.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the game. See the account deletion section for what that removes.
Leaderboard and fair play
Scores submitted to the leaderboard must come from ordinary play. Manipulating scores, using modified builds or emulated input to inflate results, or creating accounts to disrupt other players is not allowed. Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or an impersonation of someone else, and remember that your display name and scores are visible to other players.
We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or suspend or delete accounts that breach these rules. Where the breach is minor and unintentional, we will normally just correct the entry.
Advertising
The game is funded by advertising supplied by Google AdMob and shows ads during normal play. How advertising data is handled, and the choices you have, are described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The game and its online features are provided as they are, and may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or be discontinued. Online features depend on services we do not control, including the Google Play Store, Google Sign-In, Supabase and AdMob. We may update the game and these terms; the current version is always the one published here, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or that scores and progress will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost progress arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Ending these terms
You may stop at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the game. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — limitation of liability in particular — continue to apply afterwards.

3. Deleting your account
This explains how to delete the account used by the Android game Puzzles Brain Games (package com.brainpzlendless.game) and everything stored with it. Deletion is free, does not need our approval, and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself, in the app
1. Open Puzzles Brain Games and make sure you are signed in.
2. Open Settings from the home screen.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete account.
4. Type your account email address to confirm, then tap Delete my account permanently.
The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If you only want to stop playing on one device, sign out instead — that keeps your account and leaderboard position.
What is deleted
Your account record and sign-in credentials, including the link to Google Sign-In if you used it; your leaderboard entry — display name, high score, games played, fastest time; your cloud-backed statistics — high score, games played, lines cleared, best combo, total score, last played time; and any ad-free entitlement recorded against your email address.
The app also erases the game data held on your device — local statistics and saved settings — as part of the same step. Nothing is kept for later recovery: there is no grace period, no archived copy, and no way for us to restore the account afterwards.
Server backups taken before the deletion are overwritten on their normal rotation, within 30 days at the latest. Records our providers are required to keep by law, such as advertising or tax records, are not part of your account and are retained only as long as the law requires.
If you cannot use the in-app option
If you have lost access to the device or cannot sign in, write to k.lobzhanidze@gmail.com from the email address of the account, with Delete my Puzzles Brain Games account as the subject. We verify that the request comes from the account’s own address and delete it within 30 days, normally much sooner, and confirm by email when it is done.
Uninstalling is not deletion
Removing the app from your device deletes the data held on that device, but leaves your account and leaderboard entry in place, so reinstalling and signing in restores them. Use the steps above if you want the account itself removed.
